About the Course – General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)

The General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program at St. Joseph’s School of Nursing is a three-year diploma course preparing competent and compassionate nursing professionals.

Students gain knowledge in nursing sciences, medical–surgical care, pediatrics, psychiatry, obstetrics, gynecology, and community health nursing.

  • Hospital Training: Hands-on experience in government & private hospitals.
  • Community Health Training: Work in rural & urban health centers, maternal care.

  • Clinical Specializations: Medical–surgical, OBG, pediatrics, nutrition.
